8 “Me Time” Tips if You’re Feeling Lost

The biggest “issue” most of my clients have is not making enough time for themselves.  They are feeling rushed, stressed, depressed, fading into the background of life, and also pretty anxious.  Especially now that the Holidays are in full swing, it’s easy to get “lost” among the noise.  Taking time to breathe, to treat yourself, to be still, to just…..BE!  You’ll notice a difference.  Slow down a bit and enjoy this season of giving and love.
