Food, Mood and Depression

Depression is real.  Women are twice as likely to develop depression over men, and it’s very typically related to body dissatisfaction and eating disorders: a common theme I begin seeing in my teen clients at early stages.  What can you do?  Self care, re-evaluate your food choices, and be sure to get enough sleep.  So much of how we feel/act can be naturally controlled by what we put INTO our bodies.  This is a good read!
