The Science-Backed Ways That Movement Boosts Your Mood

If i had a dollar for every time I have told my clients with mood disorders to get up and MOVE, I wouldn’t need to post this blog 🙂  The way we move, the amount, and consistency has a huge connection to our moods.  We are so lucky we have the ability to control something so powerful just by getting outside for 30 minutes, doing a few lunges in front of the TV, or grabbing a buddy to hit a dusty trail with.  Exercise can do so much more internally than we even realize.  It’s summertime so…..GO!
